Services
One path, from first signal to lasting value.
The services follow five stages: define, validate, deploy, compound, and monetize. Start at the stage that matches where you are, and decide each next step with evidence in hand.
Where to start
Start from where you are.
Six common starting points. Each leads to a first step with a clear scope and a published or agreed price.
Ask a senior engineer anything, free, in fifteen minutes. You hear which agentic systems could fit your workflow, and the right first step.
The AI Workload Evaluation looks at one workload, free, and names the sensible next step.
The Diagnostic is $750: one hour of agent coding, the code delivered to you, an Agentic AI Blueprint, and a one-hour consultation.
A System Blueprint designs the whole system and its acceptance criteria. A Production Pilot tests one workflow under real conditions.
Iteration Sprints improve one agreed metric at a time. AI Stewardship keeps the system measured, current, and supported.
Start with a free data exposure review. Data Protection & Readiness then documents every AI data flow and closes the gaps.
Free starting points Start with any of these, or go straight to the stage that matches where you are.
Define
Know what to build, and what it will cost.
- AUSPEXAgentic Engineering DiagnosticBring one workflow. Leave with the code, a blueprint, and a clear next step.Latin for the official who read the signs before any undertaking began.$750

Validate
Confirm AI fits the work before the full build.
Deploy
Production software, built around your operations.
Compound
A live system that keeps getting better.
Monetize
Protect your data, then bring it to market.

What every engagement includes.
The services differ in scope. These commitments hold in all of them.
A test agreed before the build
Each outcome has a test, a threshold, the data it runs on, and the person who checks it. You approve them before work begins.
A named approver on your side
Agents prepare and execute inside agreed permissions. Consequential actions and every release wait for your approver.
Senior engineers directing the work
A senior engineer sets the architecture and reviews what the agents produce. The judgment calls stay with people.
Evidence, including what failed
You see each criterion, the results, the exceptions, and the corrections. Nothing is reported as done until it is accepted.
Cost per accepted outcome
Engagement cost is set against the outcomes you accepted. Review effort and rejected work are recorded alongside it.
Work handed over in full
Delivered code, configurations, and runbooks come with documentation your team can read. Ownership terms sit in the agreement.
Supporting services
Focused work that makes the core services hold.
Each one can be scoped inside a core engagement, or run on its own. They carry plain names, and each applies a specific rule of the Canon.
Core or supporting
Two kinds of service, one standard.
| Feature | Core services | Supporting services |
|---|---|---|
| What they are | The steps of the path, from Diagnostic to monetization | Focused engineering the core services rely on |
| Names | A signature name with its plain name | Plain names only |
| How they run | As a stage of the path, each decided on its own | Inside a core engagement, or on their own |
| How they are priced | Stated on each service page | Scoped and agreed before work begins |
| How they are accepted | Against criteria you approve before the build | Against criteria you approve before the build |
Programs
Two programs run across the services.
They are not separate products. Each draws on several services toward one goal.
How to start
Start with a question. Leave with a plan.
Ask an engineer anything, free. Every later step is priced before you take it.

Start at whichever step fits. Each one is its own decision, and none requires another.
Before you commit
You see the scope and the price first.
- Each stage is scoped and priced before it begins
- Fixed price for defined outcomes, hourly for evolving scope
- Changes are reviewed for their effect on scope and fees before work proceeds
- All published amounts are in US dollars

Questions
Do we have to go through every stage?
No. Each stage is a separate decision, priced before you commit. Start at the stage that matches where you are; later stages are optional.
How do we choose where to start?
Match your situation to the options above, or ask an engineer. The free conversation exists to settle that question.
What is the difference between core and supporting services?
Core services are the steps of the path, each with a signature name. Supporting services are focused engineering that core services rely on, scoped inside an engagement or on their own.
Can you work on a system another firm built?
Yes. We start by reviewing the system, its records, and how it is measured today. Your owner then decides what we change.
Which AI models do you use?
The task decides. We work with open and closed models, and we compare candidates on your own work before recommending one.
Are prices published?
The first steps are. Ask an engineer and the workload evaluation are free, the Diagnostic is $750, and senior engineering is $375 / hour. Everything else is priced once the scope is clear.
Who approves what the agents do?
A named person on your team. Agents work inside agreed permissions, and consequential actions and every release wait for that approval.
