AI Implementation · Agentic Systems Engineering

Intelligence is abundant.Judgment is engineered.

Sophrono is an AI implementation firm for businesses that need AI to do real work. Models supply the capability. We engineer the judgment around them: architecture, business logic, trusted data, validation, and human authority.

  • Fixed-price or hourly engagements
  • Measured against acceptance criteria you sign
  • Senior engineers directing specialized agents

How to start

Every engagement starts with a question.

A free conversation settles what is worth doing. From there, each step is scoped and priced before you take it.

  1. 01A free conversationFreeAsk an engineer anything, or bring one workload. You hear which agentic systems could fit, and the right next step.
  2. 02One workflow in code$750The Diagnostic: one hour of agent coding, the code, an Agentic AI Blueprint, and a one-hour consultation. You sign an engagement letter first.
  3. 03The work the evidence calls forFixed price or hourlyA System Blueprint, a Production Pilot, or a full build. Scope, terms, and acceptance criteria are agreed before work begins.
  4. 04Ongoing carePer sprint or agreed scopeIteration Sprints improve one agreed metric at a time. AI Stewardship keeps the system measured and current, with people approving each release.

Start at whichever step fits. Each one is its own decision, and none requires another.

Core services

One path, from first signal to lasting value.

Five stages, offered as options. Each service carries a classical name for what it does, and the Canon rule it answers to.

Define

Know what to build, and what it will cost.

Validate

Confirm AI fits the work before the full build.

Deploy

Production software, built around your operations.

Compound

A live system that keeps getting better.

Monetize

What you keep

Built to be changed with confidence.

Each system is designed so that the next change can be reviewed, measured, and approved as readily as the first.

  • 01

    Explicit rules

Business logic is written down, so every change to it can be reviewed.

  • 02

    Trusted records

Each workflow names its source of truth, and the only places it may write.

  • 03

    Reusable evaluation

Reviewed cases become the test set for every later change.

  • 04

    Operating visibility

Run records show quality, cost, and exceptions, task by task.

How the work gets done

Engineers hold the reins. Agents do the work.

Senior engineers direct agents on bounded tasks. Tests compare every result with the agreed criteria. People decide what is accepted, and what is released.

  1. DefineMap the task, its systems of record, its constraints, and its acceptance checks.
  2. ExecuteSpecialized agents take on agreed parts of the work, under an engineer’s direction.
  3. CheckTests and evaluations compare each output with the agreed criteria.
  4. ApprovePeople review consequential actions, exceptions, and every release.
  5. OperateAccepted changes go live. Run records and corrections feed the next review.

The model is chosen for the task

A decision for each workload.

We weigh the options against the task, the data boundary, and the operating cost. A model change in production passes the same checks, and a person's approval.

How we engage

Agree the scope. Name the test.

Choose a fixed price or hourly engineering. Either way, scope and acceptance criteria are agreed before implementation begins.

Fixed price

One fee for the agreed scope. The result is checked against the acceptance criteria you approved.

Hourly engineering

Senior engineering at $375 an hour, for work that will change as it goes. Scope and reporting are agreed up front.

Acceptance

Every outcome names its test, its threshold, and the person who approves it. Our measure is cost per accepted outcome.

Full engagement terms are finalized in a Master Services Agreement.

Data Capital

Your data is worth more than you think.

Every AI tool your team uses sees some of your data. Some of those tools are allowed to keep it. Before you hand more of it to anyone, know where it goes, what it is worth, and who has the right to use it.

A Sophrono program

Own the intelligence your business runs on.

Self-Sovereign AI is governed intelligence you control: your data, open-source models trained on it, agents that run on those models, and a learning loop measured against agreed criteria. Delivered work is yours under the agreement, and base models keep their own licenses. People approve every release in your own cloud account or on your own hardware.

Research

Research you can check.

Papers, commentary, and notes from the work: how outcomes are measured, where people approve, and what new models change for a business.

Note · Acceptance

Agree the test before the build

Define the outcome, evaluation examples, acceptance measure, and human approver before building an AI workflow with Sophrono and your operating team.

Note · Operations

Choosing an AI implementation partner

The questions to bring to any AI implementation conversation: acceptance, ownership, model choice, human approval, and data handling.

Note · Human approval

Design the human approval point

Give governed AI workflows a clear approval owner, explicit action boundaries, and review evidence before they connect to your business systems and records.

The Canon

Three maxims. Ten rules.

Kanōn is Greek for a measuring rod: the standard every system we build is checked against. Each rule names what a system needs and how to check it.
