Included with the $750 Diagnostic

The Agentic AI Blueprint: one workflow, planned on one page.

Every Agentic Engineering Diagnostic ends with a blueprint. It sets out where agents help, where people approve, and what to do next, based on an hour of real work on your workflow.

What the Diagnostic includes

Four things, for $750.

  • One hour of agent coding on a bounded task in your workflow
  • The code produced, in a private repository or a ZIP, with a short README
  • Your Agentic AI Blueprint: the one-page plan described below
  • A one-hour consultation on the code, the blueprint, and your next step

What is inside the blueprint

Six parts, on one page.

Each part draws on your answers and on what the hour of agent coding showed.

The workflow as it runs today

The steps, the people who perform them, and the systems each step reads from or writes to.

Where agents could help

The steps an agent could prepare or carry out, and the steps that stay with your team.

Where a person approves

The approval points, who holds each one, and what waits for that approval.

The records and the data boundary

Which system holds the truth for each record, and what data an agent would need to see.

A first measure of success

How you would know the workflow works: the test, the examples it runs on, and who checks it.

A recommended next step

Whether to act now, and how: a Production Pilot, a System Blueprint, a custom build, or not yet.

How it is made

From your workflow to a plan.

  1. Describe the workflowTell us what happens, who does it, and which systems it touches. Plain words are best.
  2. Agree the taskTogether we choose a bounded task for the hour of agent coding, and its approval points.
  3. Run the hourAn engineer directs the agent on representative examples and reviews what it produces.
  4. Draft the blueprintThe engineer turns what the hour showed into the one-page plan.
  5. Walk through bothIn the one-hour consultation, you review the code and the blueprint together, then decide your next step.

Free call or Diagnostic

Start free, then go deeper.

The free call tells you which agentic systems could fit. The Diagnostic shows you how, with code and a plan.

The limit, shown first

Every blueprint marks where people approve.

Agents in a Sophrono design prepare work and act only inside agreed permissions. Anything that commits money, changes a record of truth, or reaches a customer waits for a named person on your team.

The blueprint names those points for your workflow. You see the boundary before any build is discussed.

Bring one workflow. Leave with the code, a blueprint, and a clear next step.

One hour of agent coding, the code delivered to you, an Agentic AI Blueprint, and a one-hour consultation.

After you send this, choose a consultation time on the next page. We reply with an engagement letter; payment follows your signature, and the coding hour comes before the consultation. Please leave confidential records and credentials out of this request.

What the Diagnostic includes
  • One hour of agent coding for the agreed task
  • The code produced, delivered to you
  • An Agentic AI Blueprint: a one-page plan for the workflow
  • One hour of consultation on the work, the blueprint, and next steps

Receive a private repository, or a ZIP if you do not use GitHub. A short README covers setup, completed work, and what remains before production.

People review the code and approve any use or deployment. Full engagement terms are finalized in a Master Services Agreement.

Questions

How do I get an Agentic AI Blueprint?

It comes with the Agentic Engineering Diagnostic, which is $750 USD. The Diagnostic includes one hour of agent coding on your workflow, the code delivered to you, the blueprint, and a one-hour consultation.

Request the Diagnostic below. An engineer replies to agree the task, the invoice, and a time for the consultation.

What does the free call include?

Ask an engineer is a free 15-minute call. A senior engineer names the agentic systems that could fit your workflow, and the right first step.

The call gives you the names. The Diagnostic gives you the plan behind them, with working code and an hour with the engineer.

Why is the blueprint part of the Diagnostic, not the free call?

A useful blueprint comes from real work on your workflow. The hour of agent coding shows what the work involves, so the plan rests on evidence rather than a description.

That is also why the blueprint and the code arrive together. Each explains the other.

What exactly will I receive?

A one-page plan in six parts: the workflow today, where agents could help, and where a person approves. It also covers the records and data boundary, a first measure of success, and a recommended next step.

It arrives with the code, in a private repository or a ZIP, and the short README that explains how to run it.

When do I get it?

The engineer walks you through the blueprint in the one-hour consultation, alongside the code. We send the final version after the consultation, updated with what you discussed.

If the consultation raises a question that needs checking, the blueprint records it as an open item rather than guessing.

What if AI is not a good fit for the workflow?

Then the blueprint says so, and explains why. The reason might be rules that are not yet written down, records split across systems, or too few examples to test against.

The recommended next step then shows what would need to change first. Knowing that early costs far less than a project that should not start.

How is this different from the System Blueprint?

The Agentic AI Blueprint is a one-page plan for one workflow, included with the Diagnostic. It is built from an hour of real work and your answers.

The System Blueprint is a scoped design for a whole system. It maps every workflow and record in scope, sets the architecture, and ends with acceptance criteria you sign and a priced build plan.

Can I share the blueprint with my team or another vendor?

Yes. The blueprint is yours to keep, written in plain words so leadership and your team can read it.

You can use it to brief any developer or vendor you choose. Full engagement terms for any later work are finalized in a Master Services Agreement.

What should I send with the request?

Describe one workflow in plain words: what happens, who does it, and which systems it touches. Say who owns it and what a good result would look like.

Please leave confidential records, customer data, and passwords out of the request. Any data access is agreed with the engineer first.

How is the Diagnostic paid for?

You request it here, and we reply with an engagement letter for the task. Payment is arranged directly with you after you sign it, by invoice if you need one. No payment is taken on the website.
